What is the method of shipping?
Furniture shipments are delivered via various freight companies and will arrive on a truck with a lift gate. The items will be delivered curbside which means that the driver CANNOT help the customer with carrying or moving the furniture inside the residence.
THE DRIVER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING THE ITEMS INTO THE HOME OR BUSINESS. Please have whatever help you will need to move the furniture available at the time of delivery as this is solely the responsibility of the customer (buyer).
Buyer must be present or have an authorized representative available that is 18 years or older to accept the delivery during the delivery window schedule by the freight broker. Items cannot be left on the front porch or in a garage without an authorized adult present to sign the proof of delivery.
A white glove delivery service is available for additional cost which offers placement in the home and debris removal.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping can take 6-14 business days once payment has been made. Shipping times are dependent on many variables including but not limited to:

We will do our very best to get your furniture shipped out in a timely and considerate manner and are available to answer all questions once the furniture has been shipped.
How do I receive my furniture and what should I do if there is damage?
Please inspect the items thoroughly BEFORE you sign the proof of delivery. Once you have signed the proof of delivery and have stated that your are now liable for your items, we CANNOT assist you in a damage claim, even if that damage happened prior to delivery. Damage MUST be noted prior to the driver leaving the premises and must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery. Once the delivery driver drives away, you are 100% responsible for the furniture and no refund or payment will be made to compensate for damage or repairs necessary.
All Claims regarding Damage must be submitted withint 48 hours of receiving your item.
All Damaged Items Claims must included Photos which can be emailed once we are contacted through eBay's Message Center (an email address will be provided).
Once a claim has been emailed to us via an eBay message, a response will be generated within 2 business days of receipt.
Payment is expected within 48 hours after Buyer COMMITS TO BUY. After the 2nd day, a dispute will be filed.
Sales Tax is only collected when the shipping address is located in CA and an 8% Tax will added to the final invoice.
