Customer must inspect the shipment before signing the paper upon direct delivery. Any missing or damage must be reported on the delivery paper (for direct delivery ) or contact us within 3 days (for dropped off package).

We can only ship to confirmed shipping address. Shipping address update or order notes must be sent via eBay message.
